We’ll carefully consider the information you’ve provided and, where necessary, look into what happened.

3. We May Contact You

If we need further information or clarification, a member of our team will get in touch.

4. We’ll Respond

Once we’ve considered your complaint, we’ll contact you with our response and explain any appropriate next steps.
