All our Animal Experiences or Encounters require pre-booking with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Popular experiences sell out quickly, so we recommend early booking.
When booking, please add any additional guests so that we can accommodate for everyone’s needs and enjoyment of the encounter.
Enrichment activities are all part of the experience, the team member hosting your visit will provide you everything you need and even give you tips on how to get the best selfies with your animal or take some action shots for you.
Yes, and you are often encouraged to bring a camera, though your host may need to take the picture for you at certain points.
It’s a great idea to have your Tetanus up to date, but it is not required, we have ample handwashing facilities and hand sanitiser.
Your host is there to ensure you get the most from your experience, so will offer gentle encouragement, but you can stop the interaction at any time.
No. Eating and drinking in animal contact areas is strictly prohibited to prevent germ transmission (e.g. E. coli).
No, you must not kiss farm animals or allow children to put their faces close to them.
Arrive early: aim to arrive 10–15 minutes before your slot to avoid cancellation.
Manor Farm is a working farm and most experiences are outdoors. Therefore, please wear appropriate clothing for the day of your visit.
Visitors must not wear skirts, dresses or open-toes shoes / sandels.
Yes. We have ample FREE on-site parking for all booked visitors.
